
Element
In HTML documents, elements define headings, paragraphs,
lists, character highlighting and links etc. HTML elements begin
with a start tag, which gives the element name and any attributes.
An end tag often (but not always) follows the content of the
element. For example:
<TITLE>This is a Title</TITLE><H1>This is a Head 1</H1><P>This is a paragraph.
